February Session, Welcome to Year #2
Greetings fellow DCRMUG’ers! We’ll kick off the new year with a special two-part meeting on February 11, 2010:
Integrated E-Mail Marketing, featuring Zero2Ten’s Constant Contact Integration
If you’ve ever used any of the direct e-mail marketing tools (Exact Target, Constant Contact…), you’ve probably thought how sweet it would be to have all those opens and click-throughs automatically integrated as campaign responses right in your very own Dynamics CRM. Exact Target has an integration with those features…but it only works with the on-premise deployment. Zero2Ten has a new add-on that promises to provide these…and it’s supposed to work with both Online and on-premise.
Here’s an article about their tool posted on the Dynamics CRM Online Team blog. Come see for yourself at the February meeting how the add-on lives up to its promise!
Visual Data Migration, featuring CRMInnovation’s Data2CRM
CRMInnovation develops add-ins for Dynamics CRM, and its web-to-CRM app (Web2CRM) is one of my personal favorites. They’ve recently released another, this one a data migration tool (Data2CRM) that promises to take the frustration out of data migration. CRMInnovation president and long-time DCRMUG’er Jerry Weinstock is going to show us their new tool at the February meeting, and if he can convince us that anything can possibly make data migration fun, this will be a session you do NOT want to miss!
